Last-but not least-some UNICODE (for web browsers) and Linedraw (nfo file) fonts.
These fonts can be used under Linux or Windows. I might mention at this point that you can use
any fonts that you use for Windows under Linux. I have included links (see below) to any not hosted here, including
the Arial unicode font for XP/VISTA/7 or simply Vista fonts (which you can download with "Powerpoint viewer".)
"Calibri" is the default font most CSS in this site, btw.
Code 2001 - Unicode Font - Simple font with some extremely hard to find code pages.
Code 2000 - Unicode Font - Older? Definitely bigger. read up about them here.
here.
XSerif Unicode Font - Another unicode..not so big.. and is serif obviously...
Some line draw fonts for your console:
MS Linedraw Font - A console 'line draw' font. Nice. Use 'terminal' font if you don't have this.
5x7-iso8859-1 - The Codepage fonts work well with console graphics, too.
6x13-iso8859-1 - Another monospaced 'codepage' font.
8x13-iso8859-1 - Another monospaced 'codepage' font.
10x20-iso8859-1 - Another monospaced 'codepage' font.
If your interested in getting more of these or you are interested in Unicode and fonts in general, you may have a look at: Orwell.ru, AlanWood.Net, and Unicode.ORG. All of these pages can lead you to other sources and you should also pick up a font called ARIALUNI.TTF which is the MS Arial Unicode font. It is 22MB and the Copyright is by Microsoft and comes with MS Office 2000. I decided not to put it up here for those reasons. -> You can find it, though it may be an older version (0.86) at above address. Start looking and good luck!
